I have enjoyed working with people since I was 13 years old. I started my health career in 2011. As a Registered Nurse, I am an expert in assessing, treating, and monitoring for signs and symptoms, while providing education about the disease process alongside diet and lifestyle tools to support my patients' health and well-being.

Unfortunately, in 2018, I got so sick with a debilitating illness that left me seeing 25 Specialists in a year and getting nowhere. Luckily, I found Integrative and Holistic Medicine, which gave me my life back!

I know firsthand what it's like to experience so much pain and suffering and almost lose hope for everything that I cared about. Because of this personal experience, my mission is to share my journey and use it to empower YOU with the tools and knowledge to take your health back into your own hands, so you can thrive and enjoy a life living your best selves.

Education

I graduated from San Francisco State University, with a Bachelors in Science of Nursing. Some of my areas of expertise include cardiac care, diabetes management, and most of all, gut health. I graduated as a Certified Integrative Health Coach, from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and a process that treats the mind, body, & soul, and the individual as a whole. I currently am immersed in a year long Mindset & Whole Human Healing Program - and truly believe that mindset, limiting beliefs, & unprocessed emotions are the true missing pillar to long, sustainable health. Our thoughts are the root cause of so much pain & my mission is to help alleviate so much unnecessary human suffering.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to make lifestyle changes and co-create ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
